There are two options. The "domain to IP" section requires a domain, like google.com, and it gives the associated IP address. It does not work with protocols attached (ex. http://www.google.com). The web page availability tester waits the address of a webpage, like
http://www.google.com. Using http or https protocol is required. Then it shows, if the webpage is online or not.
